Summary
The demand for cloud services is reaching unprecedented levels. Gartner predicted that the cloud market would grow by 20.4% to $678.8 billion in 2024, up from $563.6 billion the previous year. This optimistic forecast aligns with Hyve Managed Hosting's recent performance.
Based in Brighton, UK, Hyve Managed Hosting has experienced a significant 51% revenue increase over the past three years. This growth is fueled by the rising demand for bespoke cloud services. The company has recently expanded its presence by opening a new office in Austin, Texas, doubling its US customer base since the beginning of the year.
Charlotte Webb, Hyve’s Global Marketing and Operations Director, highlighted the importance of the US market, stating, “The US continues to prove its status as a leader in cloud adoption, with the market already representing a large proportion of our revenue.” Additionally, Hyve has opened an office in Berlin to better serve its EU customers, focusing on data sovereignty and compliance with data protection regulations.
Webb also emphasized the benefits of integrating AI with cloud computing, saying, “The combination of AI and Machine Learning with cloud computing allows businesses to build and implement scalable AI solutions. Cloud computing enhances agility, flexibility, and cost efficiency by hosting data and applications, while AI generates valuable insights, creating a powerful and unique competitive advantage.”
Looking ahead, Hyve plans to double its US team in the next quarter and is exploring expansion opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in Australia.
