Kaspersky Safe Kids has been awarded "Approved" certificates from the renowned independent testing organizations, AV-TEST and AV-Comparatives, for its exceptional ability to block inappropriate content. The software demonstrated a 100% success rate in blocking adult content on the Windows platform, according to AV-TEST’s evaluation.

This marks the second time Kaspersky Safe Kids has achieved this impressive result since 2015, making it the only solution to do so.

AV-Comparatives also acknowledged Kaspersky Safe Kids for its superior performance, certifying it as the only solution among five participants after it successfully blocked 98.1% of adult content on Windows without generating false positives. This follows similar successful certifications in 2019, 2021, and 2022.

The tests conducted by both institutes were rigorous, with AV-TEST evaluating the solution against 7,500 websites across 13 categories, including adult content, violence, and weapons. Meanwhile, AV-Comparatives tested it against 1,000 adult-category websites and 100 child-friendly sites, with a focus on accuracy and avoiding design flaws.

Kaspersky Safe Kids has consistently proven its effectiveness in safeguarding children online. The solution’s blocking capabilities extend beyond adult content, with strong results in categories like violence and gambling, and an overall average blocking rate of 92.20% on the Windows platform. On Android, it achieved a 99.09% blocking rate for adult content.

This marks the eighth consecutive time Kaspersky Safe Kids has received the AV-TEST "Approved" Certificate, making it the only solution with such a distinction. Recent reviews have highlighted its comprehensive features, including harmful website blocking, social media monitoring, and time management controls, reaffirming its role as a robust tool for digital parenting.

AV-Comparatives also praised Kaspersky Safe Kids for its swift implementation of changes made via the control console, ensuring that parents can effectively manage their child’s online experience in real-time.
